Rasul Chatoo
Director

Rasul is one of the co-founders of One Call 24, and he has over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare recruitment sector. Rasul has a passion for business strategy, and he aims to create a strong timeless brand that spreads the power of optimism amongst One Call 24’s stakeholders.  

David Crewe
Director

David is one of the co-founders of onecall24, he has over 17 years’ experience within the healthcare sector. He has been an important part of two companies going from £0 to over £100 million turnover, David  wanted to create a brand that gave back to its candidates and offer his internal staff a transparent and open philosophy to everyday business. Onecall24 staffing solutions is currently one of the fastest growing privately owned companies within the UK.

Matthew Betteridge
Director

Matthew is one of the founding Directors of OneCall24 group, and has over 10 years experience in the healthcare recruitment sector. He has created a business with strong cultural values with a focus of continual progression. He has a passion for building relationships and delivering a quality service to the businesses valued clients, candidates and employees.

Neil Tregarthen
Non Executive Chairman

Neil holds an MBA from Henley Management College and has managed private equity companies for the last fifteen years. His last deal, was the development of NES Global Talent, from a small UK business, into one with 45 offices around the world and revenues of US$1bn. Neil sold NES in 2012 and bought a house on the water in Cornwall, where he now lives with wife of 34 years, Amanda. He has invested in a number of start up companies, owns a marine engineering business based in Falmouth and runs his personally founded charity, www.stand-for.co.uk

Chris Wildman
London

Chris is a Regional Manager, he has been in the Health Care recruitment industry for 3 years.  His job is to educate, motivate and lead his team of account managers, so that they offer an impeccable service to both candidates and clients, recruit candidates  effectively and meet their sales targets.  Chris is a billing manager and also manages a large portfolio.  In addition to developing people, Chris takes pride in leading from the front.

Sajin Sivadasan
London

Sajin’s journey started a month after OneCall24 opened its doors. With no experience in healthcare, Sajin started off working in the registration/compliance department and he quickly progressed and found himself promoted to a head-hunter. Sajin excelled in his role and was given an opportunity to be a part of the ever-growing sales department. Using his experience and knowledge from each part of the business, he established himself within the team and finds himself in an integral part of the business. As one of the business development managers Sajin is using his 4 years of knowledge to help develop new members of the team.

Barney Crawshaw
London

Barney has been with OneCall24’s thriving sales team since June 2016. He has continually contributed to the progress of the business. As the company has grown Barney has used his experience to train and develop new and existing staff members. Barney’s values are focused around providing a great customer service and to promote this culture within the business.

Nazmin Akthar
London

Nazmin is one of the billing Area Managers who has been part of the OneCall24 team for over two years.  Being a Psychology student means she brings with her skills and knowledge that help her achieve the best results for everyone. She leads from the front, supports and guides her team to ensure that they excel in their roles, to get the best results. She thrives in helping people achieve successful journey's! Her job is to warrant that the customer relations consultants are providing outstanding customer service, recruiting compliant staff and working to the best of their abilities to meet targets.

Leonie Cherry-Roberts
London

Leonie is one of our Area managers who has been in the industry over 2 years. She started in our OOH division and moved her way up the ladder. Leonie is responsible for managing some of our largest portfolios. With her expertise in managing people, she continuously helps to motivate her team to strive towards achieving their highest potential. Leonie is also a billings manager who thrives in our fast paced environment and prides herself with taking the time to comprehend the individual needs of each candidate or client to ensure the best level of customer service is provided.

Sanjay Singh-Bassan
London

Sanjay joined OneCall24 in April 2019. With over 18 years of experience in driving Sales results in the Automotive Industry he has developed an expert ability in maintaining consistent growth. Sanjay’s extensive background and experience in this sector has seen him professionally manage large departments, companies visions and goals, whilst promoting and maintaining a high level of customer service at all time. Sanjay’s passion is to grow a business but always putting the customer first.

Andrea Bartha
London

Andrea manages payroll and has been working in the industry for over 4 years. She is responsible for delivering payroll on a weekly basis and ensuring that this is done with a 100% accuracy. She has also been assisting and successfully supporting all relevant system implementations by developing new processes and constantly improving the department. Andrea and the rest of the team are very dedicated to delivering payroll to the highest standards.

Marco Apollo Opina
Manila

A pioneering member of our Customer Service Department, Marco has over 9 years of experience in the customer service industry. He utilizes the skills that he accumulated over the years together with his passion for helping people in communicating with our healthcare professionals and ensuring that their needs/concerns are understood and acted upon. Part of his job is to communicate OneCall24’s Attendance and Punctuality policy to our candidates and to make sure that they understand how these impacts both the company, our clients and themselves. Marco’s extensive experience, his caring personality and his innate avant-garde mentality drives him and his team to deliver exceptional customer service experience on every interaction.

Beverly Mendoza
Manila

Beverly has helped spearhead Manila Operations back in 2017, her 13 years of experience in project implementation, process improvement and customer service satisfaction led the organisation to grow it’s back office in the Philippines. She currently holds the role of Operations Manager handling departments such as Payroll, Customer Service, Credit Control, Compliance and Registration. Cultivating a culture of performance excellence is her strongest objective.

Sam Ricalde
Manila

Sam is the Registration and Compliance Supervisor. With his experience in managing people and positive outlook partnered with good people skills, he is able to help not just his registration officers but also the candidates to get their dream jobs.

Nic Manley
London

Nic has been the Financial Controller for OneCall24 Limited since April 2017 and has worked in senior positions within the recruitment industry for 20 years in various diverse sectors. His main roles are heading up finance, cash management, credit control and payroll ensuring that all parts of the department work in perfect harmony. Nic enjoys the fast paced environment of the recruitment industry and ensures that both internal and external clients receive a timely and excellent service.

Diane Mckenzie
London

Diane is the Senior Credit Controller with just over 12 years of experience and knowledge within the B2B field.  With the additional benefit of a Customer Service background prior to moving into Finance.

Alex Johnson
London

Alex heads up the business development team for Onecall24. With 8 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment he’s successfully ran national portfolios of NHS and private sector clients. Alex quickly progressed into senior management running a successful temporary and permanent healthcare agency. Thriving under pressure and the buzz of growing teams and departments, Onecall24 offers him a new opportunity and challenge to progress his career.

Will Oppong
London

Will is our NHS Divisional Manager, is well known in healthcare with a reputation for running exceptional teams to a high standard. He leads from the front, with a number of years nursing recruitment experience. Will has formed relationships with some of the best known Hospitals across the UK. Will is a natural leader and ensures his team achieves success whilst maintaining the highest possible standards across all frameworks.

Susanna Caddeo
Birmingham

Susanna is the compliance manager and has been in the recruitment industry for over 4 years. Her job is to implement and administers policies and best practices for compliance, vetting and governance, ensuring OneCall24 complies with the obligations of its various national SLA's and Framework agreements. Susanna acts as liaison to governing bodies such as NMC and safeguarding as well as coordinating site visits for regulators and auditors.

Ali Sohaib
London

Ali has served in sectors such as Recruitment, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life sciences for over a decade. He manages the Out of hours team adhering to Onecall24’s company mission "to provide a true 24/7 service, which delivers healthcare professionals for both the NHS and private providers, via the most demanding, self imposed, service and regulatory standards in the sector.

Etienne StClair
London

Etienne is our Mental Health & Offender Health Division Manager. With almost 10 years of experience within the healthcare recruitment sector Etienne supports hundreds of private and NHS run Prisons, immigration centres and secure Mental health settings with their specialist staffing requirements. A very experienced and well known manager within the industry with vast knowledge of this sector.

Michelle Williams
Kent

Having gained 20 years experience in management within the banking and welfare to work sector, Michelle has turned her skills and passion for the delivery of highest level of customer service to healthcare recruitment for the past three years. She prides herself on taking the time to understand the individual needs of each home; crucial when recruiting  healthcare professionals to ensure we get the right people. Michelle’s extensive experience in management means that she has the ideal diverse skill-set to select and support her team and clients to supply the highest quality care professionals over non-framework delivery to nursing homes, residential homes and supported living.

Daniel Laurent
London

Daniel is one of our Area Managers, having worked his way up from Account Manager and Consultant in a very short space of time. He has been working in the Healthcare recruitment industry for 9 years and his experience allows him to achieve the best results from his own portfolio, but also to educate and bring knowledge to the rest of his team and the staff he manages. Daniel is a very ambitious individual and also has experience selling off-plan property investments to wealthy individuals across the globe.
