After sustaining a traumatic brain injury from an RTA in May 2018, our daughter spent a year in hospital and then came home to continue her recovery.
The care and support that someone needs is very different for every individual person.
OneCall24 have been our daughter’s care provider for 2.5 years. Within this time, OneCall24 have listened to us and our daughter’s changing needs as she continues with her recovery.
They have provided ongoing training so that our fantastic team of carers can continue to support her individual needs.
This has meant that she has been able to continue to make progress and have days filled with positive things including meeting up with friends, surfing, going to music festivals as well as being supported to attend all the therapy appointments. We are forever grateful….
