Refer a Friend
As an organisation, we do very little advertisement, instead, our business has grown by our excellent reputation through word of mouth. It is our experience that Quality refers Quality, and as a result, our Quality workforce grows year on year. We believe that you deserve to be remunerated for the referrals which you provide to us, allowing you to earn extra without it impacting your normal job.
Its simple, and we have come up with a process that means you always get paid:
- Refer your colleague to us - We then take it from here, your job is done!
- We hold their hand through the onboarding process - we get them cleared and ready to work.
- Once they go to work and complete 100 hours, we contact you and you get paid!
We have a team that manages this process internally to ensure that you never miss out on any referral fees and most importantly you never have to chase us.
