One Call 24 Healthcare provides person centred Nurse-led care, for adults and children living in their own homes with complex physical disabilities and life limiting conditions. Our expertise and person-centred approach ensures that we maximise each person’s potential, whilst supporting them to get the most enjoyment out of every day.
We have in-depth experience of providing nursing and care support to people with the following conditions and support needs –
- Long term conditions (eg, Cerebral Palsy, MND, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, MS).
- Ventilation.
- Tracheostomy.
- Spinal Injury.
- Acquired brain injury.
- Paediatric complex care.
- Learning disability.
- End of life care.

Our specialist complex care team has over 65 years of combined professional experience, delivering the highest standards of nursing led care possible throughout the UK. Our nurse led care offering is also fully supported by the latest technology in nursing and care. This technology allows us to improve communication, quality and outcomes, for all parties involved in the delivery and safe management of care.
We are a trusted provider to the NHS throughout the UK and want to continue to build on our already strong relationships, by developing specialist nursing services with our CCG partners throughout the country.
